Uralic, Hellenic, and Helleno-Uralic

New draft! “Uralic, Hellenic, and Helleno-Uralic” (link)

Proto-Uralic is assigned to the Ananyino culture, a “Gelonian” Greek dialect is located to the Volga-Kama interfluve, and a distributional overview of Helleno-Uralic etyma is presented for the semantic illustration of contact.

I am currently revising the sections Phonology and Etyma (along with an updated Intro and Bibliography). When they are ready, I will upload the compiled sections as the final draft of “Helleno-Uralic Contact in the 1st Millennium BCE”, for peer reviewal and publication. In the meantime, I have removed other drafts on my profile, in order to emphasize this update. Please see the Finngreek lexicon (link) for a regularly updated wordlist of the Helleno-Uralic etyma, with linked Uralic and Hellenic sources.
